About The Ionian University Center for Research and Innovation was established in 2018, based in Corfu, with the aim of conducting basic and applied research and the adoption and elaboration of research programs

Research utilization of research results for the benefit of Greek society / contribution to the specialization of young scientists / provision of services to public and private bodies / development of research units in companies / promotion of the Greek language and culture

People The research center of the Ionian University is staffed by faculty members, permanent and collaborating researchers, students, postgraduate and doctoral candidates, whose main goal is to upgrade the quality of research work and the results of research, benefit of society

The University Center for Research and Innovation (UCRI) of the Ionian University is a non-profit Legal Entity under Private Law (NPID) and operates at the Ionian University, under the supervision of the Senate. It has been established based on article 14 of law 4559, as published in Government Gazette 142 / vol. Α΄ / 03-08-2018.
